Order processing can take up to 24 hours. Once your order is processed it will ship immediately and you will receive an e-mail or text notification with a tracking number. Due to the pandemic & unforeseen circumstances, there may be times where the shipping process may take longer than anticipated. As a company, we’re heavily focused on customer satisfaction, and do not take delays lightly. We appreciate your business & patience.
In order to maintain the integrity of our products refunds and exchanges are not accepted at this time.
Regular priced items are eligible for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. All items marked “SALE” or “FINAL SALE” within the title or description are not eligible for return. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we want to apologize in advance! We are eager to resolve this matter in a timely manner. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Kimbella must be notified via email within 2 days of the delivery date. Any damages or incorrect items brought to our attention after the 2 day grace period is ineligible for return.
Kimbella is not responsible for any fees associated with the shipping and handling within the returns process. The customer is responsible for all fees to mail the product back.
Store credit will last forever. Store credit will be issued via electronic gift card.(using the email used to place the original order). The gift card will be emailed to you once you complete the return form and mail back the defective or incorrect items. Please allow 2 business days for the return to be processed. We will send an email once your return is received and within processing.
