Order processing can take 24-48 hours. Once your order is processed it will ship immediately and you will receive an email or text notification with a tracking number. Due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be times where the shipping process may take longer than anticipated. All orders that say preorder in the title or product description will ship approximately 30 business days after your order date. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order for reference. These particular items are being custom made and you will receive an email with shipment details once your order has shipped. If you place an order for a personalized piece of jewelry like a name plate. These orders take 30 business days for production as well. Your entire order will not ship until the personalized item is complete.
